This unit will achieve ultra smooth, accurate horizontal and vertical panning.

Fully pre protected with a machine applied braid covering. The cables are top quality and comprise of a pan and tilt cable with a 7 pin din plug – female end at the bottom and male plug at the top, a CAT5 data cable with 2 boosters which terminate with standard USB plug at the bottom and mini USB (standard for most cameras) at the top end. The cables come with a support ring at the top to alleviate stress on the camera and pan and tilt sockets.

There are many types available which are made of strong and durable construction. We can rapidly design and fabricate special or one off adaptors to suit your equipment. They are commonly used for multiple light units or many types of cameras.

A useful addition when purchasing a portable mast, the mast transportation box will accommodate masts up to 115mm (4,5") diameter and 2.8M in retracted length. It has a soft internal liner and a lockable hinged rear door. The front end is aerodynamic and the box is formed from strong yet lightweight full powder coated aluminium. It comes with a set of four fixing clamps for fitting and quick removal to any pair of standard roof rack bars. The newly designed version has a 50mm wide fixing flange along the full length on both sides. Special sized transportation boxes can be supplied as well. They provide a good flat surface area to display advertising and logos etc.

For a large variety of power to pan and tilt, video / coax and data. Are available for masts up to 20M (not available on some portable or fast masts)

Useful for neatly retaining external cables against the mast, this method of retaining cable allows quick removal. "P" clip style closed cable cleats for permanent cable fitting are also available.

We produce a full range of strong mast adaptors which have a 23.5,, quick release male spigot. A reinforced version is available which will carry up to 250kg for large antenna or other heavy equipment. For heavy head loads you can order a mast with a reinforced top section on the mast as well.

Designed for quick removal of cameras / antennas and other equipment. It has a 24mm diameter clamp-able female socket and is constructed from robust solid aluminium. This item should be ordered with all compact masts, masts with the integral mast section cover or masts with the reinforced head load bracket. All these masts come pre drilled and tapped ready to receive this item.

Available for all diameter masts

Commonly used for fixing a mast to a vertical surface. The bracket is strong zinc plated steel construction and pre-drilled for easy installation. Available for all masts.

Designed for vertically fitted masts through the roof of a vehicle or box trailer etc. You can order round or square and they both split in half for easy installation. Available for all masts.

Useful for many types of mast installation applications. They are formed in two halves for easy installation and quick removal. Reinforced versions are available for 200mm /8ӯ and 250mm - 10ӯ masts.

Useful for tilting a vertically fitted mast for installation of head loads. It has a 60° total tilt range, 30° forward and 30° rearward, and has a quick release pin for rapid removal of the mast and also has an angle locking clamp. Available for all masts.

Available for all diameter masts (several types available)

Advisable for 101mm Р4ӯ portable masts. The handle doubles up as the upper mounting bracket when used on a tripod Рsee our product video for more information.

Useful for desert conditions – available for all masts.

Come with 2 carabinas and are available for all masts. Note. Some masts do not require guys so please check with us prior to ordering.

The round types are used to secure tripod legs to soft ground and the angular type for securing guy ropes. Note: we do supply weights for tripods and guys when deploying on hard ground but we do not export these as their weight makes this too expensive. We always provide a technical drawing enabling you to have these made locally which will be cheaper.

Ideal for powering compressors, laptops, video equipment etc. It includes a 40AH battery which can be charged from a 12 volt power outlet or cigarette lighter inside your vehicle and from mains power sockets. Both types of charging leads are included and also included is a 240 volt and 12V power outlet and it has a charge level indicator.

Useful for converting a 12V vehicle or auxiliary battery power to mains 220V and can be used to power many electrical items that require mains voltage, e.g. laptop chargers, camera battery chargers, video equipment etc. It also has a USB charging socket.

A robust stand pump which will extend all masts with little effort. It has a quick release air outtake valve and quick release air connection. A long stroke and short stroke version are available.

If you are ordering a portable mast and tripod and intend to use it in a public place, we would strongly advise our tripod / drive on combo. The tripod occupies a large area and can be a trip hazard. Using a drive on mast mount will occupy a much smaller area. The drive on mount will also accommodate masts with integral tripods. The tripod/ drive on combo comes with one quick-release mounting post that fits both items.

The pivoting mast mounting assembly is a useful method of mounting any of our masts. It allows quick and easy mounting and removal of head loads. It can be easily fixed to trailers or onto a suitable concrete base. For bigger/heavier masts extra lateral steel supports are available. Fabricated from strong steel box section and of rugged design, the entire assembly is zinc coated and the pivot is quick release or can be anti tamper I.E. locked in position. We can also supply quick release mast clamps to allow rapid removal of the mast.

Available for masts up to 66mm, 80mm 101mmØ.

Leg lengths available - 850mm, 1100mm, 1500mm, 2000mm

Useful when deploying a tripod on embankments or very uneven ground. Can also be used to form a safe working environment by using danger indication tape around the top of the legs at waist height. This is very important when using a tripod in public areas when the tripod legs can be a trip hazard.

Allows deployment on uneven ground. Available with 1 meter high legs which can be used to place danger indication tape around when used in public places. Suitable for masts up to 101mmØ. Strong or lightweight versions available.

Available for masts up to 115mmØ. The universal vehicle mounting system attaches to the tow hitch of any vehicle. It is fully adjustable for vertical deployment of the mast when parked on uneven ground. As a means of rapid deployment the vehicle mount is outstanding, minimising set up time and increasing productivity.

The fully adjustable drive on vehicle mounting system is ideal when the tow hitch use is not convenient. Simply, drive on using front or rear wheel. The mounting post can be adjusted forward, rearwards and side to side to allow level deployment of the mast. Fully zinc coated and strong steel construction. It will accommodate masts up to 115mmØ and all portable masts, including those with integral tripods.

Specifically designed for deploying a mast in numerous locations, i.e. at a festival or sporting event. The buggy will carry all relevant equipment and the mast can be stowed horizontally if required. The 1m high legs form a safe working space when danger indication tape is used at waist height to keep the public away.

Specifically designed to enable levelling of the mast – not the vehicle. It allows the mast to be moved at its base forwards, rearwards and from side to side when the vehicle is parked on uneven ground. It comes with a rotating and pivoting upper mounting assembly and a flexible rubber gator, which forms a watertight roof joint.

A mast mounting bracket that fits to all diameters and shapes of lampposts etc and has 2 pivoting clamp arms which are fully adjustable. Strong steel construction Рfully zinc coated. Suitable for masts up to 4ӯ and up to 17m extended.

Allows full 360° rotation of the entire mast at its base. It has a 360° counter which allows precise rotation and a manual clamp to lock it in the required position. When ordering a manual rotation mast, a rotation hand wheel which clamps around the mast should also be ordered. A rotation upper mounting bracket is also available.

Available in 12V or 24V and useful when a pan and tilt on top is not required. It has a 360° counter which allows precise degree rotation and has a remote control handset which will also control lights etc on top of the mast. It also has a manual turning hand wheel. An upper rotation mounting clamp is available on all keyed masts.

Available in 12 volt, 24 volt or 230 volt Colours – blue, green, orange or red

A full range of every conceivable type is available. The photo shows a unit which has separate tilt facility for each light. Many masts are available with internal cables for power, coax or data purposes.

Fully self contained buggy with integral tripod and generated platform for rapid deployment of lighting or alternative uses.

The standard length is 1m but other lengths are available. Strong but lightweight steel construction, available with quick release head load adaptor. Please note that we supply these for applications when the proposed head load is 50% of that stated for the mast.

Our newly designed lateral extender is specifically designed to allow a camera or other equipment to be used at a distance of up to 2.5 meters or 8ft from the mast. It allows viewing of previously difficult areas such as behind parapet walls and behind chimneys on roofs and has many applications. It has an adjustable counter balance weight and is constructed from light weight yet strong stainless steel box section. The camera can be mounted horizontally or vertically. The method for deployment is very easy by installing the extender onto the mast then extending the mast with the extender parallel to the building and once above the area to be inspected rotate the mast. It is ideal for roof inspections. Weight 5kg, retracted length 2.050m, extended length 3m

This lightweight complete unit is ideal for remotely testing unknown wind speeds when the mast is extended. It is powered by AA batteries and comes complete with a touch screen monitor which is battery powered and therefore can be operated in remote locations. It shows wind speed and wind direction along with numerous other useful weather forecasting functions. It comes with software and cable to link from touch screen to a computer via USB. It has a wireless transmission range of up to 140m or 450ft. Weight 0.9kg.

Generally used with portable masts for high level inspection of buildings and other applications. It can control all the required functions of a video (PT2) Pan, tilt and zoom camera and integral rechargeable batteries with a 5 hour working time and a plug in 9V – 12V power adaptor.

Commonly used for fixing a mast to a building or container and when a space between the mast and the wall is required to allow for protrusions such as Soviets and gutters. They are available for all mast diameters and can be rapidly produced as special items to suit the fixing location. Fully zinc coated and very strong. They also can have a quick release clamp for rapid removal of the mast.

These can be fitted to each section on the mast to alleviate the weight of cables.

Inverted masts

Brand new to our range, this is a useful addition to our extensive range of masts. Generally when a mast is used in the inverted (downwards) direction it is used for inspection purposes such as inspecting the conditions of brickwork within air shafts or inside large tanks. Using a mast instead of wire or rope is preferred to maintain camera or other type of equipment in a stable position during the inspection process.

Mast guardian

Specifically designed to protect the mast headload and operator, it automatically detects dangers such as overhead obstructions, electrical and magnetic fields and cables, and mast angle and windspeed. It will automatically retract a mast to a safe height. It comes in 2 parts: the detector that fits in to the top of the mast that weighs 1KG and the control box with LED display that fits inside the vehicle.

Pivoting bolt-down mast mount

Allows the mast to be levelled in both directions when in the vertical position via a double pivot system. It can be used to deploy all of our Portable masts and some keyed masts in the Royal mast range. It allows the mast to be layed down for installation of the head load, or when used in a trailer or pickup truck, this function is useful for transporting larger masts when not in use. It can also be used as a combo with the tripod as it utilises the same quick release mast mounting post that can be used on both systems. Fully Zinc plated and strong steel construction.

Lateral masts

Using a clever angled guy support system, these masts can now be extended laterally up to 6 metres. Customers typically require this for such uses as bridge inspection when using geometric cameras to collect structural data.

Wheel-able mast carry case

Formed from robust padded material and with a soft poly prop insert that is soft lined, the base and end also have 9mm plywood integrated for extra protection. It has grab handles each end and in the middle. With wheels on one end, it makes transporting the mast easy and is also useful for protecting the mast during transport in vehicles or on aircraft. All sizes are available.

Steel wire guy ropes

Formed from braded strong steel, available in 3, 4, 5 and 6mm diameters and produced in lengths to suit the mast. They come with soft loops and carabinas, as well as a safety certificate with an identified safe working load. Commonly used on taller masts or to eliminate upper movement when sensitive equipment is being used.

Field mast mounting picket

Commonly used to deploy a mast when a tripod is not required, it can be simply driven into soft ground to a depth of 600mm or concreted in position. They are fabricated from strong 6mm thick galvanised steel and its length is 1200mm. They are a cost effective method of deployment and they also reduce the risk of vandalism.
