My name is Sean Martin and in 2008 I set up my company High Vision Photography and purchased a van mounted 26M mast along with a portable system from Total Mast Solutions Ltd. The entire order was processed rapidly and professionally and the friendly team made what could have been a complex procedure very easy.

The equipment does exactly what they said it would, and it has been very reliable. As a user of masts in the photography market, one piece of advice that was given to me that has proven useful is to have a back up set of cables and pan and tilt head. I have damaged them by accident in the past and having a backup set has allowed me to continue to provide an uninterrupted service.

After my first few weeks of using the mast and learning the operating methods, Simon the managing director and his team started sending contacts for me to deal with directly, which was an added bonus!

More recently TMS landed a very large nationwide photography contract to take shots of fixed mobile phone masts which were passed onto myself and two other TMS mast purchasers. Now that I have got my teeth into it I am able to complete 8–10 surveys a day and in the last 6–8 weeks I have completed 40 locations. This has significantly increased my income stream, thanks to the guys at TMS!!!

The really nice thing about this work is the client is not looking for pretty photos so the weather is not an issue. The team at TMS are always happy to guide me in the right direction not only with advice about the equipment but with marketing ideas, business advice, insurance handling and safety advice as well.
