The mast sits inside a strong, lockable and hinged aluminium box. It is professionally powder coated and acts as both a means to protect your mast from the elements and also acts as an excellent place to display your company name a perfect sales platform! On a roller track system, the mast simply rolls fluidly back and then pivots into a vertical position on to the rear tow hitch assembly. The pivot system takes most of the weight out of the operation meaning that virtually anybody can rapidly deploy the mast with ease. Using both the clever roof roller track system and the rear tow hitch assembly, getting the mast level on uneven ground couldnt be easier. Simply loosen the quick clamp to deploy the mast on the tripod (which is included). This is very useful when you are not able to take the vehicle to inaccessible locations and using the simple stand pump included you can fully extend the mast in less than 2 minutes with very little effort or you can enhance your fast mast with an optimal 12 volt compressor which has a remote control handset to both extend and retract the mast. All of our photography systems come complete with everything you will need such as 360 battery operated pan and tilt, cables, guys etc. So all you will need to provide is the camera and laptop. Most standard car roof racks are rated to 75kg and our 17 meter system with box only weighs 65kg. The only other thing your vehicle will require is a standard tow hitch for the mast level adjuster assembly to bolt to. The 17 meter mast with its 101mm is significantly stronger. There is much less need for guying. Also due to the increased strength of the top tube we can also supply a 1 meter height extender and with ground clearance and the camera installed you will be able to reach 18.5 meters. We would also strongly recommend an additional mast carry grab handle which makes moving the mast much easier.
