The Duke of York spent time talking with Simon Bourne (Managing Director) and Kate Tilley (former Sales Director) to gain an understanding of how the company has developed and gained recognition over the past four years.
Prince Andrew was then escorted into the showroom and workshop area to gain further insight into product development and current product range with practical demonstrations and informal discussion.
The event has bolstered the current company agenda of increasing brand awareness and further developing export strategies for Europe and USA. Being recognised in this way with a Royal visit has been an extremely positive event for all the team at Total Mast Solutions.
It serves to strengthen the company position as the premiere supplier, developer and expert advisor on Ground Based Aerial Photographic and Video Solutions.
A follow up letter from Buckingham Palace confirmed that Prince Andrew enjoyed the visit enormously and was particularly impressed by the rapid, successful development of the company in promoting an innovative product in partnership with business support agencies such as UKTI.
With superb, reliable, tried and tested products and brand new products currently in development, 2006 stands to be an excellent year for Total Mast Solutions.
"We are delighted that after all the hard work in marketing and development we have received such positive feedback from Prince Andrew. The Royal visit ran very smoothly and I feel this reflects our level of professionalism, dynamism and commitment to product and export growth and development."
Kate Tilley, Sales Director
"It was a great privilege to meet Prince Andrew. His enthusiastic response to our products has been extremely rewarding after four years of hard work. The Duke of York was particularly interested in a military application we are currently working on and has offered us his assistance in making our product known to individuals in that field. I am very proud that our company has received this kind of recognition, that our continued innovation, development and export strategy has yielded such positive results."
Simon Bourne, Managing Director
